Welcome to Mind Body Paloma
The trilogy of harmony:
MIND - We can do anything we put our minds into! We are what we ponder about. Think strong & positive and this will be the manifestation for your life.
BODY - Our bodies hold us and make possible for us to experience so much in this Earthly experience. Honor them and love them through exercise, daily movement, time for relaxation & mindful eating.
PALOMA - A dove symbolizes peace, and essence in some faiths. Without tapping into your inner being, you will never discover your truth. Once you find your truth, you will realize how worthy you are of only great things!

TRANSFORMATION STORY
Paloma reached her mid-40s and began experiencing hormonal changes and pre-menopause. She learned how these inevitable changes can increase women's risk of developing chronic diseases, such as diabetes. With a family history of diabetes, where every member of her biological family, including younger siblings, had already developed the disease, Paloma was determined not to become a statistic. She committed to avoiding this fate by eating mindfully, doing circadian rhythm’s fasting, incorporating daily walks, and limiting saturated fats and sugar in her diet. Around the same time, she discovered the beautiful and transformative practice of sound baths, which helped her sleep better and, in turn, provided more energy for her workouts and daily activities. As a result, she gained confidence, felt better than she had in a long time, lost 20 pounds, and significantly reduced her risk of developing diabetes.
She wants to help others realize that doing diets that are unrealistic will not work. To see lasting results, we need to change our lifestyle habits.
Who wants to completely eliminate bread and ice cream from their diet?! I know I certainly don't!
Paloma loves discussing lifestyle changes. Feel free to message her to learn more or to schedule a workshop on the topic for your group.
