PALOMA: Just like the dove that her name represents, Paloma is dedicated to bringing you peace. True alignment begins when you journey inward to discover your authentic truth, because once you find it, you realize just how worthy you are of all great things!

Paloma's Wellness Journey
Paloma’s wellness journey began in 2007 as a Zumba fitness instructor. Today, she blends her deep love for movement with an extensive background in body mechanics, working as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a 200-HR Registered Yoga Teacher, and a certified Sound Bath Practitioner through The Sound Healing Academy.
Her hands-on experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant uniquely enriches her practice, allowing her to safely guide and support everybody who joins her sessions. Known for her vibrant personality and welcoming energy, Paloma thrives on connecting with like-minded individuals who share a passion for holistic well-being.
She actively encourages her community to explore what brings them joy, aiming to help people stay active, healthy, and happy through the transformative synergy of fitness, yoga, and sound healing meditation.
Her versatile offerings include Personal Training, Core, Restorative, and Sculpt Yoga, as well as Sound Baths tailored for deep relaxation and better sleep.
For Paloma, the absolute best part of her journey has been the incredible people she meets along the way, many of whom have become lifelong friends. When she isn't guiding clients or holding space for healing, you can find her soaking up the sun at the beach, hiking, and immersing herself in the grounding energy of nature!

Paloma's Transformation Story
When Paloma reached her mid-40s, she began navigating the realities of hormonal shifts and perimenopause. She quickly learned how these inevitable changes can elevate a woman's risk for chronic conditions, including type 2 diabetes.
With a heavy family history of the disease affecting every member of her biological family, including her younger siblings, Paloma refused to become another statistic.
Determined to rewrite her future, she committed to a sustainable, mindful lifestyle. By focusing on circadian rhythm fasting, incorporating daily walks, and consciously limiting saturated fats and sugar, she took control of her health. Around the same time, she discovered the restorative power of sound baths, which dramatically improved her sleep quality, giving her the vital energy needed to fuel her daily activities and workouts.
The results spoke for themselves: Paloma gained newfound confidence, felt better than she had in years, lost 20 pounds, and significantly minimized her risk of developing diabetes.
Through her journey, Paloma realized that restrictive, unrealistic diets are bound to fail. True, lasting transformation requires a shift in our everyday lifestyle habits, not deprivation. After all, who actually wants to completely eliminate bread and ice cream from their life? Paloma certainly doesn’t!
