The second half of the class transitions into a full-body stretchy yoga flow, perfect for increasing flexibility and relaxation. Come experience a balanced workout that leaves you feeling strong and rejuvenated! All you need to bring is good energy and your yoga mat.
RESTORATIVE YOGA with Sound Bath:
Join our restorative yoga classes for pure relaxation and unwinding. Experience the joy of feeling lighter and decreasing your cortisol levels as you let go of stress. We finish each soothing session with a 10-minute magical sound bath, featuring beautiful instruments for a blissful end to your practice. Bring your yoga mat and bolster pillow.
SCULPT YOGA:
Join our Sculpt Yoga classes for a full-body toning and sculpting workout targeting major muscles. Using weights, bands, and other tools, we energize and invigorate our bodies for a transformative experience. The last 15 minutes are dedicated to asanas that expand and open the muscles we've worked, leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and rejuvenated. Bring your yoga mat and great energy!

What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a meditative and transformative experience where participants lie down or sit comfortably while soothing sounds and vibrations from instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes are played. These sounds are believed to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. The term "bath" symbolizes how the sounds wash over you, creating a deeply immersive and therapeutic experience.
The concept of resonance comes into play here. Just as a musician playing in harmony with others creates a unified sound, the human body functions like an orchestra. Our cells are the instruments, and our consciousness acts as the maestro. When one "player" (or part of the body) is out of tune, it creates disharmony, manifesting as stress, discomfort, or imbalance. A sound bath session provides specific tones and frequencies to retune dissonant vibrations in the body and mind, restoring harmony and balance.
Each tone and frequency resonates with a specific energy center and organ system in the body, activating and supporting its natural healing process. ✨ This full moon is a beautiful moment to pause, connect, and realign—with nature, with each other, and most importantly, with yourself.
In this serene outdoor setting, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation and gentle surrender through the soothing sounds of alchemy crystal bowls, chimes, and other grounding instruments.
This experience supports your nervous system in shifting out of “fight or flight” and into a place of calm, self-regulation, and inner healing.
