The Vibe: Deep Relaxation, Healing & Blissful
Give yourself permission to fully unwind and let go. To complete this deeply relaxing experience, we finish each session with a 10-minute magical sound bath, using beautiful instruments to drift you into a state of pure bliss.

3. Sculpt Yoga

Ignite your energy with a dynamic, full-body workout designed to tone and sculpt major muscle groups. We dedicate the final 15 minutes to grounding asanas (postures) that deeply stretch and open the muscles you just worked, leaving you feeling balanced, powerful, and accomplished.
